If i added just one of these to my 60 cube with can i still get that wave affect that i saw at macna, or do you need two? And how will this affect a DSB?

for a 60gal cube you would get a pretty big wave with just one pump. If you are making a really large wave, the pump will have a large effect on your DSB, but only testing will tell how large.
Alternatively you could turn the pulsing down a bit, so that you don't generate a wave. I have an MP40w pulsing on my 30gal cube with a DSB and have no problems.

Just another question on this. I have a MP40 and the wireless driver should be here by Friday. Does the new driver, when added to the MP40, have a lower flow rate than the MP40 with the old driver? or does the MP40W have the lower flow rate. I have a 43 gallon tank.

The MP40w (or an MP40 with the new WWD) will have a lower minimum flow rate than a regular MP40.
