Vortech MP10 in 10 gallon

I'm doing a nano tank with a lot of sps coral and I've heard this is the pump to have. I'm getting conflicting opinions about whether or not my tank would be able to handle it without spilling water everywhere. I'm currently running a koralia 425 and 240 in my tank and I think with the settings on low (around 500-700 gph) I should be fine. I'll include a picture.

IMHO that would be too much flow. You would have to dial it down so low there would be little to no variation in flow, so there would be no improvement from the Koralias.

It would be fine. I've got a Nuvo 10 that's running an MP10 on reefcrest at a max of 30%. Anything higher and sand starts to move a bit.

Agreed it would be too much flow, is it just a normal rectangular 10 gallon?

Hey guys, thanks for all the input so far. I'm actually upgrading to a 22 gallon mr aqua so I think the mp10 would work in that one

Sorry for the hijack, but would a MP40 be too much for a 40b?
