VorTech MP10 question

I am setting up my tank this weekend. It's 42g, 30x18x18. The return pumps are on the left side of the tank, and I will be running a single MP10 on the right side.

I've done a little research on the various modes the MP10 has. I won't have any corals for a while, so now I am looking for a mode that will keep detritus moving and stuff generally moving around (from experience good flow helps keep cyano away).

I'm intrigued by the Reef Crest and Nutrient Transport modes.

Any recommendations given what I'm trying to achieve? I've never had a VorTech before.

I have a mp40 on my jbj28 and a mp10 & 40 on my 40 breeder. They are all in reef crest mode. I use to use a custom setup but I find my corals react best to just staying in reed crest.

I usually run my MP10 on the 'blue' mode, sorry don't know the name. Then just adjust the pulse strength and duration to get the flow your corals like
