it's not ever been exposed to extremely high levels of calcium or alkalinity (which is probably the biggest factor for wearing down pumps and powerheads). This is one of the newest design wet sides. It ran on 'lagoon mode' (no extreme ramping up and down) for a little over a year.
I'd also be open to keeping this used wet side and selling the new one I've been running for about a month now. $75 plus shipping for the new one.
