VorTech MP40W Low Speed Vibration

I cannot seem to get my MP40W with EcoSmart Driver to not vibrate.

I have read the threads about adjusting it at a low speed then turning it to maximum and realigning. However after a few hours, when the pump settles back into one of the low RPM modes, the rattle begins again.

It is possible there is something wrong with either the wet or dry side?

The unit is only about 4 weeks old, so it's still pretty new. But I had hoped that the break-in cycle would have completed by now.

Thanks for any help.

What was the issue, I'm having the same problem, it's driving me nuts as I lay here in bed lol

Dozer,

I would recommend ensuring you have the pin spacer set to the correct glass thickness, and the dryside securely mounted using our hanging tabs and zip ties. From there, soak your wetside in a 50/50 hot water and vinegar bath. After soaking for some time, completely disassemble and clean the entire wetside.

I did not have that problem at all. When I was adjusting it I found it better to move the wet side a bit till it calmed down. Great product I think.
