Vortech MP60wQD RF module problem

Hey everyone, I am having an issue with one of my vortech MP60wqd's connecting to reeflink. I currently run 2-MP60wqd pumps and 4- MP40wES pumps on my 350 gallon system. They have all been connected to my reeflink for the past year, however, I noticed today that one of my MP60's (the one every other pump is slaved off of) was running constant green when it should have been in gyre mode. I tried unplugging, hard restarting and removing and replacing the RF module with no luck. I even restarted my reeflink. My 4 radions, one MP60 and the 4-MP40s all show up and my other MP60 is in gray with "œrf disabled" showing in the information section on my reeflink app. I noticed there is a small battery on the module, is there a chance the battery went dead and needs replacing or is this something where the whole rf module would have to be replaced? I don't recall there being a battery on the rf module?

Maybe Ecotech will chime in but sounds like the module may have gone bad. How old is it, have you contacted Ecotech support?

Pump is just over a year old, and yes I believe on the newer modules they are including a battery. It’s a very very small button type battery

Can you show a picture. None of the RF modules in mine have a battery.
