vortech noise

hi,,i just bought two votech pump with wwD but one is very strong magnet and quiet and the other is not strong enough so its does make some huhmmm noise,,,and they both with no spacer and set up as same way,,,
the glass is 19mm so close to 3/4" i think,,is there anyway can can do or send it to you so you guy can check out the magnet for me??
this pump is only 2day old,,s
