VSV Dosing & Skimmer

Hey everyone,

Thinking of starting to dose VSV in my 20 gallon...is a tunze 9002 skimmer a "good enough skimmer" for vodka dosing?

I have a 20 gallon high as well. Im on week 5 and im adding 4 drops vodka in the morning and 4 drops at night so far. My dropper is 1 ml = 20 drops . My water is CRYSTAL clear right now and corals seem to be responding well so far so good. The skimmer i have is a reef octopus BH-1000 HOB rated for 90gallons not sure about the tunze though if that helps.

hmmm... yeah was wondering if my skimmer would be ok for vsv dosing... anyone else?

You might want to try in the equipment forum. I've never used that particular skimmer.
