Wall to wall carpeting...

Thought this pic was post worthy. I hope to have some of these specimens on their way to me soon. I hope to get one of the small blue and a small purple gigs and one of the red/pink based mags.

I've seen a number of pics on this forum, but that has to be top 10. I have never seen something like that before. Completely awesome.

Woahhhhhhh that's amazing! In Australia gigs are worth 500 for tan colouration and 2500 for a blue gig.

Hello guys. I wish I could take credit for this photo, but its actually a photo from one of my LFS supplier's holding tanks. He sent it to my LFS to show the 'high' end specimens he has in. I don't know who the supplier is or where he is from, (that's a tightly guarded secret ;) ) but he has some of the nicest specimens.
I've put in a special order request for some of the nems you see above. Don't know if I'll be lucky enough to get them on this order, but certainly expect to receive some eventually.
I'm most excited about the red/pink based magnifica!

Im Suprised

Im Suprised

Not just your photo but alot of stuff i have seen.

Dont they realize mixing all kinds of different nems in the same tank is probably the reason why they get so stressed.

Keep the species seperate.

Exactly, those Mags don't look too happy at all.

They are all stressed out look at the amount of space between the gigantea tentacles on the one. None of the tentacles are long they are all stubby. Those Mag tentacles are stubby and not long.

Here is a pic of a healthy gigantea tentacle

Guys, this is just a pictures of a holding tank from a supplier NOT from someone display tank. Yes, true, the nems are not at their best shape and all cramped up in a small space but they're probably get ship out very quickly.

But, the OP stated that they would like to have a couple gigs and a couple mags in the same tank -- and that picture clearly shows that there can be warfare b/t different species.

IMO, that was important to point out, sorry it bothered you.

Lol, it didn't bother me one bit.
I, too, want to see perfect specimens of these nems but in a supplier or lfs hoding tank, it's not very likely.

I also wish that they would hold them for a eight weeks like LA or Ibluewater.. Takes so much chance out of the equation in terms of survival.

This is me,
Im just letting someone know they they are not as healthy as they seem and to be very careful. They dont look healthy to me, they look nicely colored but the tentacles are stubby and thats not a good sign.

The supplier also should be aware that keeping all these nems in the same tank is not helping his cause.
