Walter , Question about the puratek RO/DI

I know you guys drop ship these , But I had a question , about a week and a half ago I had gotten mine and opened it up ( still havent turned it on etc as im waiting on extra equipment ) .

Since Vertex enjoys giving 0 support to their customers and making you guys deal with it all... I was curious what I should do if the liquid filled gauge is almost dry . I would hate to send back this hole unit just because the gauge is not fully filled up with oil . ( its 1/4 full )

Could you please check with them if its possible to just get another gauge ?

Thanks for your feedback, normally the gauges from what I have seen from other manufacturers are filled anywhere from 1/2 to 3/4 full of oil, so I am not exactly sure about the Vertex gauge.
I'd like to contact vertex and find out about the gauge and having them possibly send you a replacement, if you can provide me with your order number (Via Private Message), I can locate your account and provide Vertex with any warranty information they may require.
