want an Anemone for our clown

We recently acquired a maroon clown, such a cute little guy, I was wanting a midnight, but this guy was pretty unique so we brought him home.

Want to get an anemone for him, but we're still deciding on what to get. Was originally thinking of an RBTA, but just saw this purple LT that was just beautiful.

Any tips/hints?

Beautiful Maroon, my vote would be RBTA...that is a beautiful combo...

That is a beautiful fish, I have never kept one in a reef tank because they become so aggressive but I hear they will except a nem very quickly. I may be mistaken but I believe in the wild they host BTAs.

BTAs are the only natural host for maroons, and since that is the easiest species of host anemone to keep, I definitely think that is the best choice.

I got a GSM pair that likes to hide within my multiple RBTA's. They immediately took to them when i first introduced them to the tank last year and they weren't sexually mature yet (the GSM's that is).
