Want to purchase Ulva - Living in Ontario, Canada

I am starting a refugium tumble culture and would love to get some Ulva lactuta. The problem is that I live in Kingston, Ontario Canada. If anyone knows how/where I can get some, I would be greatly appreciative.

If anyone happens to have any, I would be willing to purchase and pay for shipping. I would prefer a cleaner, uncontaminated culture if possible (few amphipods etc).
