i'm in the beginning stages but want to find out everything i need to to first see if it's in even possible for me to have the seahorse tank. first off can i have seahorses in a 10g and what kind? i've read about the dwarf variety that does well in small tanks. i'm planning on having the 10g, a rio protein skimmer and a little lighting to grow some easy corals. i know that they need live food and i'm going to breed or hatch my own brine shrimp. what do the parameters in the tank need to be, if they're different from a regular salt water tank? anything i should watch out for (i know hydroids are bad)? my lfs has some seahorses right now which are the one's i'm hoping to get and i've actually seen them eating frozen foods so i know this is a plus but i don't know if they're dwarfs, they're not that big right now, but how can i tell? thanks so much hope i've provided enough info!
