wanted advice

hello all im really liking this forum im on it almost every day but i was really surprized yesterday because i just graduated from grade 8 and before i left my parents gave me $200 and a new camara cell...but now that i have this cash im looking to set up a small like 1.6gal hex and i just want to know what everybody here thinks would be good filtration and lighting for it because iv got th emoney to spend so im lookign for the best i can go with...

thank you all o yea i work at my lfs now so its even cheaper.

o and could i set up one of those little growth things in the filter if its big enough on my 1.6gal hex? thankyou all again

well i have about 150bucks to work with because im getting a new filter for my 35 cichlid tank ,.... and i like the smaller picos less costs involed to set it up really well.

yeah i would go with the 6g also
and yeah everything is included
all you need is the LR/LS
corals, fish or whatever else you want

What filter are you getting for your cichlids? I have some mbuna cichlids in a 75 gal, nice fish with lots of personality.
