Hi. I'm in St. Pete as well.
Have you tried using a couple fans instead of the chiller?
I had a chiller on my previous tank. I switched to two mid sized extra quiet clip on fans I got for like $6 ea at walmart. I have one turn on with each MH and a small clip on sump fan on a timer for mid day.
It works just as well for me as the chiller did. The only one drawback is a lot of water evaporation from the fans.

Yeah, I actually do use a fan and it lowered my temp by about 4 degrees, I am actually looking for one for my uncle, he has a 90gal reef and has issues... =/
