Wanted: Cup of live sand

Hello All,

Since I pulled out almost of my old sand and replaced with new sand - I want to re-seed my tank with a cup of live sand to get the worms back in. I prefer the sand comes from a tank that does not have any pest problems such as bubble algae, flatworms, nudibranches, etc. A cup or half a cup would be great.

I can bring some from my refug, if you like, it has many pods,mysis in it and a few bristle worms.
