War coral feeder tentacles

I've had this war coral for a few weeks and his feeder tentacles are always out! I mean full time. Is that a sign of poor health? Lack of nutrition or anything like that?

Any insight would be appreciated!

I've fed him brine shrimp and mysis shrimp but he doesn't seem to take them...

Looks more like a favia then the classic favites pentagona. And yes, it looks very happy and healthy.
