warranty question on 6025

Roger,

I have a 6025 nanostream that i got when they first came out. The other day i noticed it was not working so i took it out and cleaned it and put it back in my tank and it still wont turn on. I was wondering what the warranty is and if I go thru Tunze or the place I bought it.

It has a two year warranty. At the moment I am out of 6025's but more will arrive next week. If you send it in, it will likely arrive around the same time as the replacement pumps so I can send one out then.

Can i get the address? Also, do i need to send anything else with the pump?

You don't need to send anything else except a note with your return address and contact info.
