Warranty status on 6101?

Hey Roger, i was wondering how can i check my warranty status on my 6101? I am experiencing the same problem i had on my 6060 with the wire cover splitting where it enters the pump. I want to send it in but i dont want to waste either one of our time if its out of date. Let me know, thanks! Wiz

Even if it is out of date you would get a substantial discount on a new pump so it is worth sending in. The pump has a three digit code stamped into the back cover above the label and below the swivel arm. This decodes as series quarter year.

This would be nearing 3 years old, it would have been made in roughly late February of 2008. It wouldn't be warranty but I would get you the best price on a new one, figure on paying less than half of what a new pump would cost. Send it in.
