Warranty Transfer?

Can anyone let me know if you purchase a pre-owned Profilux, does the normal warrnaty transfer to the new owner if there is any warranty left?

Also, what is the normal time for the warranty on Profilux (90 days, 1 year, 2 years, etc.)?
