Warty anemone care

Does anyone have experience with warty anemones? I'm thinking about adding a few to my coral only 7.5 gallon.

Yes I have some local from NC waters here. They don't need bright light and tend to shy away from it. Feed them several times a week. They will eat anything they can get,so watch out! Ate a small nass snail of mine spit the shell out. Very sticky also! Other then that easy to care for.

Has anyone had a problem with them eating fish? Here's some pics.

Read above. Seems as though fish would be in danger.

Thanks, I didn't notice that. They will probably go in my sump. I can't seem to find any info about them so one more question. Do they need even dim light or are they nonphotosynthetic?

Thanks!

Theres not much info out there bout these guys but i encounter them a lot here in the gulf. I dont have any proof to back me up but they seem to be nonphoto. i only find them on the under side of rocks, never in the open. but like i said this is just my opinion. ive recently brought some home to watch and ill see after a time if they move toward more or less light and other activites. Ill post results after i feel i have something.

Hi. I'm glad to see some posts about these guys. I have had one for a few months now that thanks to you I have finally id. My guy came in my rock, and has not given me an ounce of trouble. It has doubled in size, eats wonderfully and doesn't even flinch for my fish. However, over the weekend I found another one; I'm assuming is a warty...this one its yellow with "lacy-er" tentacles. It also seems much more aggressive, spewing long white strings if it is messed with...any ideas? (phone won't let me post pictures :()
