Watchman goby face injury??

Yesterday i noticed the face of my yellow watchman was messed up bad. His upper jaw on the left side is like gone. Theres no other fish that is agressive to him and he stays to himself. Whats wrong??!

Lightning maroon clown, blue damsel, and fireshrimp.
Though i have never seen any agression

Super territorial, if he got close....bam!

Or it could be a xanthid crab, they are known to attack sleeping fish.
