My yellow watchman goby has developed white scar tissue looking patches on both sides of his body. I recently had a clown fish and scooter blenny succumb to what I guess was ich (tiny white spots on their body) but the goby patches look completely different. There are no spots just what looks like dead skin. He behaves normally and eats regularly but it doesn't seem to be clearing up. Do fish ever heal themselves without human intervention? I would treat him in QT but I'm not sure exactly what his problem is. I've placed a very low quality photo in my gallery, but it's the best I have.
