Watchman looking beat up

My newly added yellow watchman goby looks like his fins have been nipped at. ANy ideas on the culprate?

-ocellaris clown
-5 chromis
-neon goby
-hermits
-pistol shrimp
-coral banded shrimp
-cleaner shrimp
-peppermint shrimp

Any of your 4 fish. Keep an eye on the tank the you probably will see one take more of an interest in the new addition. You might try taping a mirror to the side of the tank so the aggressor has something else to focus on and perhaps it will ignore the watchman.
