Water Blaster hy-3000 Output Size?

Hi-

Got a HY-3000 from you guys a while ago, just getting to the plumbing point in my build and trying to figure out sizing. Do these pumps ship with US fittings? The fittings I recieved are too small for 3/4" pvc (rigid or flex), and is definitely too big for 1/2".

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

This should have a 1" outlet on it if I'm not mistaken. Can you take a photo of what you have?

I actually spoke with CoralVue and the outlet is metric, but there is an included metric to 3/4" coupler. Apparently mine wasn't milled correctly though, so I'm going to double check it and they've said they'll just ship me out a new one. Thanks!

Ugh, i'm having the same problem, I tried every combination... I couldn't get any of the fittings to work with anything I had...

I had to use the 1" pvc adapater and then convert it down to 3/4 to connect to my AGA 90Gal overflow...

Please advice, because not using a barb fitting on a flex hose doesn't seem right.. and you can't get the nut over any of the barbed fittings once the hose is on...

I even managed to get the 3/4th fitting on by using a ton of hot water but then theres no room to put the nut over the hose..

What size is the barbed fitting included in the box?

Is the screw on 'bult' designed to go on top/over of the hose or is it intended to just hold the barbed fitting in place (Pump->Barb Fitting->Screw Bult->Hose)??

The reason I ask, is on my eheim pump the screw bult is designed to cover over the hose to does not come lose?

This uses a union, not a barb on it like the Eheim does.
