Water change in fry tank?

My fry are a day old and i was wondering about water changes and when to start. I know your suppose to change about 10% or so daily but i dont know when to start. Here are my question?

1) When to start water changes?
2) How to do only a couple drops a second to make it a slow change?
3) New salt water or DT water?

1. start doing water changes around day 3 or 4.

2. place a gal jug higher than the tank and run an airline to the tank with a ball valve to slow the flow to a drip.

3. thats up to you, if using NSW just make sure all the parameters matche the fry tank.
