is it posssible that ammonia rise after certain amount of water change?
if possible how to solve the problem?

Yes, fresh salt water often contains some ammonia. It should drop rapidly on its own once in the tank. If you use water with chloramine in it, the ammonia level might get quite high.

How high did you measure it to be?

thanks Randy Holmes-Farley,
about 0.04 ppm of ammonia, a clown lose some colour and some
rub the rock after 10% water change (mix with tap water + TM pro reef salts)
