Water changes

Hey for a 12 gallon tank (nano cube) how often do you do water changes?Also what is the ratio for adding salt to the water?thanks

you will get varied responses to that question, but IME a 10% weekly waterchange works great for my 10g, and as for the ratio of salt to water that varies from between the different salt mixes, just make sure you double check the salinty with a reputable hydrometer or even better get a good refractometer
