How much water do you change in your nanos, how often?

I'm just doing one now. 10 gallon and i'm changing out two gallons.

I change about 3 gallons a week in my nanocube 12. Partly because my heater is 12" long and needs that much water to heat up in a bucket. I plan on getting a shorter heater so I can make only a gallon or so of new water at a time.

However, due to evap, I add 20ozs everyday.
