Water Flow Basics

I'm designing my first aquarium. Need help figuring out flows. I have a 3'x2'x2' tank. So, if you subtract the headspace, the volume of the overflow area, etc, I get a 70.7 gallon tank, not including any displacement of water by sand and rock.

So.......

What is the minimum size sump/ref I should go for? (actual water volume)
What is the flow in the sump I should go for? (?X turnover of sump volume)
What is the minimum flow I should look for in the tank? (corals, no sps)
What should the minimum flow through the skimmer be (in the sump)?

1. I'd want a 20g refugium, but smaller would be okay. Sump size depends on the equipment that you choose.

2. I'd target 200-300 gph through the sump.

3. I'd target at least 800 gph total flow.

4. What skimmer?
