Water Flow in a Fish Only

I've been out of the hobby for a few years, but I'm in the process of getting my 90g tank up and running. I'm not planning on making it a reef aquarium...possibly sometime down the road. However, I have been considering getting Ecotech Marine Vortech pump(s). When I did have my FO tank previously, food tended to get stuck at the bottom. I must admit, I probably lean towards over feeding. Would the Vortech be overkill for a FO tank? If not overkill, which modes would be good for FO? 2 MP10s? 1MP40?

Depending on rock work and amount a MP40 would work on a 90g. I currently have one on my 75g QT and it's only turned half way up. I prefer the reef crest and tidal swell modes to mimic the ocean the best, though all modes are nice

I have a Tunze stream 1700gph on top and 2 Koralias not sure of their gph maybe 400-700. I run the Tunze in center of right side on top. Koralias one on the left side bottom near the front glass and the other one on bottom right ride near rear glass.
