I recently bought this used from someone. The sediment filter and the carbon filters looked good he said he didnt use it. Hooked it up and pressure was low so I bought a buster pump. Now that the booster pump is hooked up nothing hardly comes out. It makes a hissing noise at the flow control or do you think it is the membrane? Can someone help please I do not have a tank hooked up would tha make a big difference ?
