hey roger i have a question about the water level alarm! i know it has three sensors one run dry and one tank high level and one sump high level. my question is if the power goes off what happens when the power comes back on and the sump level is still high. i am trying to figure out a way to keep my skimmer off till the water level in the sump goes back to normal so i dont have any back pressure, i have a external skimmer? i may need a float switch just for the skimmer. do you know what i am trying to say?

thanks, ken.

Sump too high only sounds an alarm- it would be pointless to cut off pumps and would likely only make a problem worse. I understand what you are trying to do for your skimmer but unfortunately this system could not be used that way- it doesn't auto reset you have to unplug and restart the system manually.

okay roger thanks for your help. i will go pick up a float switch for the skimmer and just use the level alarm for what its made for.

thanks again, ken.
