Water levels

Is it just my tanks or did everybody loose a LOT of water the last 24 hours from evaporation? All of my salt have about double missing and my freshwater well they lost about 4xs normal.

Probably your air conditioning system pulled more water today because there was less humidity in your house than normal. Same thing happens to mine sometimes. And my husband says it has a direct connection to how high the outside humidity is and how often the door gets opened letting it in. On days the house is closed I loose at least double from the 90 and we won't talk about the 20 that I could stand and pour water in all day long.

I have lost a lot like that on certain days, have went in and had air blowing in my tank where it evaporated so quickly, and this is on a 120gal

true It will slow down the tank evaporation, until the outside humidity drops. Gotta love rainy days. LOL

But Thursday was really humid and that's when I lost all the water.

Do you have an outdoor air unit if so that can make a difference. Don't ask me how that is a question for my husband or his brother. Way beyond my understanding of how heat pumps work to cool the house. LOL

Aliens are stealing our water. Call CNN quick no wait try FOX first they like to blow things out of proportion a bit LOL!

NO that is strange, but so far it seems isolated to your area.

Even running fans I've had normal to less than usual evaporation the past couple weeks from the humidity.

Maybe the kitties were thirsty :D

I thought it was just me! I toppped my tank thursday and sunday night it is needing more water...my sw is evaporating quicker than my fresh 55. Our ac unit is outside.
