Water melon zoan still closed

Hey guys,

I bought a watermelon zoan almost 1 month ago, and it's almost all closed, just have two or three polyps opened (total of 10).

So this could be normal, or has some problem with it?

26 Celsius degree.
0 nitrate
0.1 nitrite
0 ammonia

No, I just acclimate, and put on the tank.
