Water movement in a 40B

I have return pump, which is only putting out about 200 gph. What powerheads or GPH do you all recommend? MP10 is in the future, but not for a while....

Some of the hydor korllia you could start with a few of the 425gph maybe 3 all depends on your rock work also the wp25 I've heard is good to start before the mp10

I've got a Koralia Evo 1050 running on mine, plus the return flow from an AC70 HOB filter. Plenty of flow for me.

It really depends on what you want or are currently keeping. I have 2 MP10's on mine.

Mostly just going to keep softies. Zoos, mushrooms, leather, etc.... I have a MJ 400 now. Add another one?

I have one koralia 750 and one wp-25 in mine......plenty of flow
