My wife has given me the green light to do an in-wall reef aquarium. Want to do 180 gallon minimum, something at least 24 inches wide, hopefully closer to 36 inches. Her only real stipulation is she wants minimal equipment in the tank. Power heads have pretty much been banned. Would like to hear others experiences with different types of equipment-Tunze waveboxes, Wave2K's, Sea Swirls, Squids. Both pros and cons. Thanks.

I am also in a similiar situation and I chose to go with wireless vortechs. Not sure if you considered these but they are new and popular. They are power heads but are designed so the motor and cords are outside the tank and no drilling necassary.
