water proofing concrete

what would be the best paint (acrylic I guess??) available on the market to paint over a concrete aquarium for it to become 100% water proofed.
Cement used will already be waterproofed cement but want to make 100% sure with a few layers of some sort of acrylic paint I guess you use.
What brand would be fish safe?
If a LINK to a website can be given would be even more helpful.
Thanks

They make some stuff called Drylok. I haven't used it and have no idea if it's reef-safe or not. Otherwise, I would guess some sort of epoxy based coating?

Drylok works great. Will not leak. Home Depot carries it. Just make sure reef safe. Safest bet is to just line it with a pond liner.

Check out Laticrete hydroban or hydrobarrier. Can't remember which one is 100% waterproof

Investigate epoxy coatings,,,the Commercial quality products,,,not the Home Depot resident level of products...

Call u coat it. I use they're products on a lots of garage floors. Bulletproof epoxy finish. Just ask about being aquarium safe

+1 for Drylok, when fully cured it's safe. Just give it enough time to dry, to be safe a week in well ventilated space. And as ChimolaFish mentioned you can make it any color you want, I used quikrete dye on mine.
