water quality

i mixed water for an early water change but havent gotten the chance to do it. it has been with heat, salt, and powerhead for a week in a covered rubbermaid. Is it still okay to use for a water change or should i dump it?

I do it all the time but I always rinse out the pail every time between mixes. If you don't it could be bad.

As long as it's been circulating, it should be just fine.
