Water Question

I premixed some RO water and salt last week and have it stored in my plastic container can the water go bad?

Raw salt water (not used tank water or natural seawater) can be stored a long time with no problems. I keep mine in Rubbermaid Brute trash cans.

I have alway kept a power head in my trash can to keep the water adjatated. Is this neccessary? I have read to do that, so I do, but have no evidence to support doing so.

I do not stir salt water after it is initially dissolved. I don't think it accomplishes anything important.

Why i can not keep natural sea water in plastic container ?

The organic materials in it may be consumed by bacteria, using up O2 and potentially producing hydrogen sulfide when they turn to using sulfate as a source of oxygen.
