water source question

I have two sources of water at my house. The city water from my tap has the following readings;
PH - 8.2
amonia - 0
nitrite - 0
nitrate - 20-25

The water from my well has the following readings;
PH - 7.4
amonia - 0.50
nitrite - 0
nitrate - 0

Which would be the best to use in my tank? I thought I was going with my well until I saw my amonia level. Now I'm not to sure which would be better.

In general, I do not recommend tap or well water, and my concerns are things that you do not list that are outlined in this article:

In this case specifically, I wouldn't want to use water with that much ammonia or nitrate.

my friend uses tap water and nothing else.His corals are doing great.He doesnot have any acros but his galaxia,brains,xenia.hammer and a few other types of corals are doing fine.I can't understand it.His brain corals are huge and his hammer has large tips.He uses regular floresent bnulbs.He forgets to do water changes and yet nothing dies.
