Watermelon Favia has poor colors under daylight

Advice needed:

My watermelon favia frag shows very poor colors under daylight:
- the pink is weak
- no green at all.

The parameters are fine and PAR level is around 200, under LEDs.
The flow is 500-600g/h on paper for 7gal tank.

But, under actinic, the colors look awesome, 1 week ago (right side):

Thank you.

Actinics make corals color look more florescent giving then a better appearance there is nothing wrong with the coral just the light if you want it to pop more during the day then you need more blue its like seeing a coral under a 10k light vs a 20k.

I hope you are right. What about the photo posted by sexycorals for this type of coral? Mine looks the same under blue channel. Do you know what kind of lights are they using?

These are my LEDs:
The white channel: One deep red, three cool white and two neutral white Rebel ES
The blue channel: Five royal blue Rebel ES and two blue Rebels

Each channel can be adjusted between 20%-100%. Right now, I have 20% white and 30% blue but I tried any combination in between. Only when I switch the white channel off, the colors look brilliant.

A lot of corals only look good under bluer lights. Colors usually don't look their best under only daylight.

Online coral retailers usually touch up photos and have them under a bluer light to make them pop i dont run LEDs but it is the same with halides a 10k give you dull colors and a 20k gives you bright colors the fluorescents in the coral show with actinic just like when you have a black light in a room normal color will have that pop or brightness you want. This is a reason why T5s can be so cool you can put actinic and pink bulbs over a tank and colors will show that were not seen under other lights im not trying to say T5s are the best i personally dont run or like them due to lack of shimmer but its a good reference.
