Hi, I have a 14g Bio Cube that is about 2 years old. Shortly after setting it up, a few watermelon mushrooms popped up. They have continued to propagate so that there are easily 25 polyps of varying sizes. This week I noticed that instead of opening up under the light as they normally do, they stayed very shriveled up. I did a 40% water change the next day to be safe. No improvement. I recently (3 weeks ago) set the tank lights on a time so that it gets approx 3 more hours of light a day. I also moved another piece of live rock in the tank. Not the rock the mushrooms are on, but a piece of rock behind it. I am wondering if that has changed the water flow enough to make them angry? Any input or suggestions appreciated!
