Waterproof Digital Pocket Cam?

I know a few people on here have waterproof underwater pocket cams that take some great underwater photos and would be great for the beach, etc?

What brand do you have and are you happy with it? I think I've seen a bunch of ppl use the Olympus? Is that right?

Ideally, it'd be great if it also had good video quality but not necessary. It's for my sister and she is more concerned about fun water pictures and things like that with her kids. Under $200 would be great.

I love mine it's a panasonic. The model I have runs about 350 but the features like built in wifi and being able to control it remotely with your phone are great. Also has gps, shock proof and is rated to 43 ft which is the deepest I found

Oh it's a panasonic dmc-ts5. I've seen the older models like ts3 and ts2 for around 200

I bought my girlfriend a sony tx-10 or something like that its touch screen if you look on ebay they have some peetty good deals

I have one I literally only used one time. I think it only goes down 20 ft. Its one year old. Just have not had chance to use it much. I would sell it if you want a good deal. I think its a samsung. It has hd video and takes pictures.

I had the panasonic ts-2 and it took great images. The sealing system is not as robust as some others.

Now I have the olympus tg-1. Very tough.

If you alreadt have a cam you like look into an ikelite housing for it.

We are on our third generation of the Olympus underwater cameras and have been very pleased with their performance.

My nephew has the go-pro and swears by it as well!

I have a go pro and the Kodak playsport and both work great.

Get new Samsung Active S4...it is waterproof . Unless ur going to take it diving probably kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

To many att reviews that the active isn't really water proof. I wouldn't do it.
