Wave box alarm going off

I know is stated in the first post, but I just got the Tunzee and plugged it in and the alarm is the only thing going off. I looked at the propellor and magnetic part (for lack of official terminology) and removed it and reinserted it, but nothing. This is brand new so calcium in it is not a problem. Any other ideas?

Is it in water? The alarm will sound in a run dry condition.

Did you check that the collar around the well that the magnet goes in was firmly inserted? Often this part slip out in shipping.

Is the right controller cable plugged in and completely plugged in, if it is loose this can happen?

Its in water. I have plugged and unplugged all of the cables a couple of times and double-checked to see if they are in the right spots. I will check the collar again and see if that is the problem.

I would try just working with the pump with no controller, the pump is not meant for continuous use but for the purpose of testing, for a short time it will be much easier to find the problem with no controller attached and working with just the pump. I would check that collar, the drive unit should spin freely in one direction and not so easily in the other. Basically, they don't ship a pump without a test run so it had to work before it left. The controller gets a check on an oscilliscope but it is possible for something to be missed their but it hasn't happened yet on a 6091. I think that a loose part or something resulting from shipping would be the most likely cause.
