Wave Box Down

After pressing the feed button, the wave box failed to restart.
The pump is not jamed, no alarm and the red light on the control box was flikering. The driver was too hot to handle.

After allowing all to cool down, plugging it back in, there were no lights on the controller and the driver immediately became too hot to touch again.

Is it the driver that has failed?

You need to send your pump in get it fix by either Roger or Rodney. Your transformer got toastted

By transformer do you mean the silver box?

no, i mean the black round looking thing. If you have another 6100 transformer at home, swap it out to see if it going to work. Very rare the silver box go bad.

Ok, thanks for the info, i have to check.

The silver box gets too hot to touch after switching on for a few seconds which is why i thought that was the issue.
The transformer is just warm to the touch.

It is the driver (silver box), this can in turn fry the transformer. Send the complete pump and controller, it is possible that the controller or pump was the root cause.
