Wave Box & Frogspawn

I have a 300 DD and i want to install a wave box on one side for my SPS. With my Frogspawn on the other will that be too much current for my frogspawn or can I dial it down to where it would be fairly gentle by the time it reached the other side of the tank?

The wavebox makes a wave that creates a fairly gentle current throughout the tank, typically LPS all respond well to this current, it is not a direct blast of flow. You will nee other powerheads to create directional currents and you would want to aim these so they are not directly hitting the frogspawn but the wavebox will not be an issue.
