Wave box noisy

Dear Friend,

I had a big issue with my wave box, when it is running it make a lot of noisy like whirrr..whirr. I double check in side the boxhouse I could not find any issue except the picture 7 on page 70 of instruction for use my box doesn't have holder between two O-ring. it mean that it has two O-rings and I put it through the hole of wavebox housing only.

Could you show me how to fix with this noise

There should be two orings and both go behind the housing, it is also important that the blue foam is in place. It will make a noise, they are not silent, the main noise should be the sound of breathing from air entering and exiting the box as the water fills and drains. The pump noise will reduce after 2 weeks of running and be sure the magnet holder has the rubber bumpons attached. On glass less than 12mm or 1/2" it is a good idea to add an additional pad if noise is a problem, this will reduce the vibration that reaches the glass.
