Wave box Users..

Hello all,

I have recently purchased a master and slave wavebox for my 525g.

Couple questions for mods and or users....

Are any of you using a master and slave combo ?
Any thoughts on placement with full length overflows ?
And are you all satisfied with its ability to pick up detritus ?

I did a search on this but have found nothing too helpful....
The tank width is 40" and length is 100".
The back of the tank has a full length external overflow.

What would be the best placement of the boxes for that arrangement ?

Can they be placed on opposite ends for a crest in the center ?
the reason i ask, is that i would guess the total wave hieght would be less when the crest is centered...and possibly better for noise on the overflows, and less stress on the tank itself.

I have the circulation i need i believe through the use of closed loops, but just want to "pick up" detritus.

I think both should be placed on the same side given the width. The crest is determined by the frequency not the placement, a center crest would be a double wave, such a frequency is possible on a tank that length.

couldnt imagine another tank without the box. you wont be disappointed.
