wave box ?

I have a wave box on a 180 gal tank and I am lucky to get a 1/2" wave. I also run two 6100's on the 7095 controller on this tank. I am getting ready to sell wave box and place one more 6100. I have tried to set and reset with no better results.I get nothing even close to this wave shown here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QuVL6nYEqmc
Any suggestions.

Is the driver on full power? Is the outlet of the wavebox obstructed in any way, ideally it has a direct shot across the tank. I really think it comes down to tuning it, do you have any friends with a wavebox? Can you post a video of yours in action?

Roger, thanks for making me recheck my wavebox before selling it. You were correct I just didn't have it adjusted correctly. I now have a 1.5" wave. I got home and decided I would adjust the controller a little at a time like explained. I have done this several times but always starting at the farthest clockwise and stopping after a 1" turn. This time I started at the farthest counterclockwise and what do you know I have a 1.5" wave. Took all of two minutes! I will now fine tune when I have time. Thanks again.
